OnRamp: Unlock Your Innovative Mind

The upcoming generations have internalized the idea that they need optimize themselves to be the best workers as possible to stand a chance at getting a viable job. This ultimately suppresses an entrepreneurial mindset. OnRamp is a program that can create value for the student while unlocking their innovative mind. Hear from students who have gone through the OnRamp idea accelerator about these challenges and the innovative outlets they have found through the program.

Christian Lampasso is a Program Manager for the Center for Innovation Strategies. Christian’s main focus is on directing the student program he founded and created called the OnRamp: a 10-week student-driven innovation accelerator. Along with the OnRamp, Christian manages multiple other student innovation sprints and developing frameworks to create opportunities for students across campus.
