Nancy Evans, Ph.D., senior lecturer and Director of Professional Skills (Kelley School of Business, Indiana University), oversees and teaches career and professional development/skills courses. Nancy’s experience includes accounting, teaching computer technology and statistics, and life purpose coaching. Recent scholarship involves career skill development, particularly emotional intelligence within positive psychology and real-life application in teams. As a certified Higher Education Quality Matters Master Reviewer, Nancy is committed to online/hybrid course design for the success of learners.
Dawn Kutza holds a PhD in Educational Psychology and currently teaches undergraduate professional skills courses in the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington. She has spent 20 years applying the principles of psychology and education to develop skills and optimize performance in professionals and students. Her specialties include: Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner; Human Performance Technology; SoTL; Communication and Professional Skills Training; and Organizational Development.
